Whats up, I’m Bailey! I’m a photographer based in Spokane, Washington.
My day job is in construction. I work as a project manager, which means most of my days are spent coordinating jobs, solving problems, and keeping projects moving. It’s work I’m proud of, but photography is something that aligns much more closely with what I enjoy doing.
Photography gives me a way to slow down and pay attention to the moments that usually pass by without much thought. The everyday parts of life that end up meaning the most later on. Kids playing in the yard, dogs on their favorite walking trail, people sitting around the kitchen table talking.
I’m not interested in overly posed or heavily styled photos. My goal is to capture moments as they actually happen. Real life, a little imperfect, a little chaotic, and honest to the moment.
Most of the work I do focuses on families, pets, and small businesses. Instead of creating a staged environment, I prefer photographing people in places that already matter to them. Your home, your favorite park, your daily walk, or the place where you run your business.
